Our story

For many years, bread was baked in the seclusion of a bakery, in which only the baker and his staff were allowed.

It's a shame to hide such a beautiful process, we thought. As a result, Le Perron boulangerie traditionnelle now lets customers see how the bread is baked in our very own 'bread theatre'.

With our passionate baker always on hand to demonstrate his craft.


Our baker loves to show the wonderful and honest bread he bakes. Pure, artisan and 100% organic. Our recipes come from all over the continent: authentic sourdough from France, the best raisin bread from the Netherlands, the finest scones from England. We use high quality ingredients from local farmers who grow organically. Only the best is good enough.
